HomeCabaret
My cabaret show tells my audience a story using songs and a bit of chat in between. The songs must be either humourous or heart breaking and may be blues, pop, or musical theatre with the odd original song thrown in for good measure. I have performed my cabaret shows at such varied venues as Battersea Barge and the Prince of Wales pub in Birmingham and always receive rapturous applause even when the audience is struggling to get into the over full venue (and I didn't always bribe the audience with chocolate).
My current show "Was It Worth It?" centres on the love-life of a woman in her 20s (me) and includes such songs as I Can Hear the Bells (Hairspray), You Don't Know What Love Is and Losing My Mind (Follies).
I can perform up to an hour of material and travel with a pianist. We can use our own equipment but are just as happy using equipment already at the venue.

— anonOf love, nonfiction, of life. Sounds serious? Well, Becky's humour and storytelling makes it otherwise. The vivacious, quirky and charming delivery of songs that may touch your heart or make you smile — maybe both. Oh and as Rebecca might have mentioned — FREE chocolate too!
— Patrick RegisMore than a sweet voice, Rebecca has the charisma and personality to give you that all round cabaret performance! Apart from her lulling, soul felt tones that accompany any piece she sings, she has the ability to draw you into her world by literally re-living the sentiments in the pieces she performs.
If that wasn't enough while some allow the audiences minds to wonder, continue their conversations or get in another round in at the bar her charm keeps your attention by effortlessly interacting with the crowd with her witty and funny comments that swirl from her humorous mind. A definite crowd pleaser and one which few can emulate.
